By purchasing this package, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights

This package is intended for use solely by the purchaser.

Content (including images, graphics, captions, and strategy) may only be used as provided within your Instagram content calendar.

Use of package content on other platforms, ads, or channels is not permitted without prior written consent.

2. Image & Content Licensing

Any stock images or graphics included in your package are licensed through third-party sites we subscribe to and remain subject to copyright protections.

Such images may not be repurposed or used outside of your package deliverables.

If you provide personal or business-owned images, you retain rights to those specific assets.

3. Refunds & Credits

Due to the digital and customized nature of this package, all sales are final and refunds are not permitted.

If for any reason you cannot use the package, you may apply a credit equal to your purchase amount toward any other service within 12 months of purchase.

4. Edits & Customization

Each package includes one round of edits. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Final content is customized to align with your branding, services, and business needs based on the intake form provided.
